- Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

- Items must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
3.2 Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@waibanllc.net with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3.3 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
